Has happened to me with every bike I've owned. Guess I fall over a lot. Sit on the bike and get the front wheel lined up as straight as you can. Have someone hold the front wheel between their knees as hard as they can then twist the handlebars until they are straight. This can be done by one person but it's easier with two. Ride it for a few minutes and note if the bars seem to be a little off one way or the other then stop and twist them a bit more. Repeat until they are where you like them.
